A PRN Account Manager is responsible for prospecting and on-boarding new accounts, implementing an effective protocol and managing of the account operations. The Account Manager will also work collaboratively with key PRN departments and employees for the successful integration and the pull through of PRN products in selected high value physician practices/accounts.  The incumbent will be responsible to create a process which ensure an effective practice implementation and supports new/existing practices that are committed to using the PRN products.  Primary responsibilities include: assessing the business opportunity, conducting practice assessments, identifying practice development opportunities and leveraging existing tools to maximize lead generation and sales.

The Account Manager will be required to consult and collaborate with practice personnel and put into place an implementation plan that is tailored to individual practice needs. The Account Manager will also be expected work closely with key PRN and practice stakeholders to define and monitor business objectives.

Qualifications

-Bachelor's Degree required

-5+ years of Life Science/Healthcare experience preferred

-Valid Driver's License required

-Experience in fields that require practice management, sales and marketing, consultative implementation / selling approach with a proven track record of success (ophthalmology preferred but not required)

-Working knowledge of practice development, reimbursement, health care policy, managed care, clinical health outcomes, sales and customer service a plus

-Interest/background in nutrition and wellness is desirable
